GCB Recruitment is seeking a Branch Manager for a well-established independent estate agency in Devon. You will lead the day-to-day operations of a busy branch, drive performance, and own the customer journey from valuation to instruction.

We are looking for a proven estate agency leader with strong sales, team development, and relationship-building skills. The role offers a £30,000 basic salary plus realistic £45,000 OTE, mileage, and a healthcare cash plan.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within estate agency
• Strong experience in a managerial or senior position within estate agency
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
• Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven approach

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running and performance of the branch
• Manage, motivate, and develop the team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Drive valuations, instructions, business generation, and branch profitability
• Monitor figures, performance metrics, and overall branch results
• Conduct morning meetings and set clear objectives for the team
• Maintain exceptional customer service and professional standards
• Build strong relationships within the local market
• Help strengthen and grow the company brand
• Identify opportunities to improve branch performance and support continued business growth
