GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for a busy, well-established estate agency in Devon. You will take ownership of the branch, lead a motivated team, and drive growth through valuations, instructions and strong customer service.

The ideal candidate has proven estate agency management experience, a track record of leading teams to exceed targets, and a full UK driving licence. This is a leadership role in a respected independent agency with growth opportunities.

• Proven estate agency experience.
• Experience in a Branch Manager/estate agency manager role.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Commercial focus with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of day-to-day branch operations and performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team to hit targets and KPIs.
• Drive valuations, instructions, business generation and branch profitability.
• Monitor branch figures and overall results.
• Conduct morning meetings and set clear team objectives.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and professional standards.
• Build strong relationships within the local market.
• Help strengthen the company’s presence and brand in the area.
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance and growth.
