Job summary

BPX is seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Management Lead to support a major transformation project in the energy sector. This hands-on leadership role focuses on embedding BPM, governance, and change capability across the UK business, with a balance of on-site and remote collaboration.

Based in Manchester, the role operates on a hybrid pattern (approximately 2–4 days on-site every two weeks) under a 12‑month B2B contract, starting January 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BPM or business transformation initiatives in large organisations.
• Strong ability to govern end-to-end processes and establish ownership.
• Practical experience implementing SAP Signavio, governance, and adoption.
• Fluency in English and ability to collaborate with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption of BPM practices across the UK business.
• Establish process governance, ownership frameworks and standards.
• Drive SAP Signavio as a central platform for documentation and management.
• Coach process owners and support business teams in BPM capabilities.
