Job summary

SEFE Securing Energy for Europe GmbH is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Specialist (m/f/d) to lead BPM across the Sales organization from Manchester on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will embed process thinking, raise transparency and drive improvements in collaboration with business leaders and teams.

You will have extensive BPM experience, strong facilitation skills and a passion for data-driven decisions to deliver measurable value and governance across processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Business Process Management, Process Excellence or Business Transformation.
• Proven experience driving process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, across levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive BPM adoption and maturity across the Sales organization.
• Champion BPM governance, methodologies, standards and best practices.
• Drive adoption of SAP Signavio and related BPM capabilities.
• Partner with process owners to identify and realize improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate process workshops, governance discussions and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strengthen process ownership, accountability and performance management.
• Develop and deliver BPM training and awareness activities.
• Monitor progress against BPM objectives and promote data-driven decisions.
