Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a Senior BMS Support Engineer to cover the Midlands. The role offers £50,000–£60,000, a company car, pension and healthcare, plus generous leave and benefits. You will support, maintain and upgrade BMS installations for a diverse client base.

Ideal candidates will have extensive BMS experience, strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with Trend/Distech systems. Full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven BMS experience with maintenance and service.
• Strong diagnostic, fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• IT skills and confidence with software-based control systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on BMS installations.
• Diagnose and resolve faults across building control systems.
• Respond to reactive service calls and system failures.
• Deliver upgrade projects from controller replacements to full BMS modernisation.
• Provide technical support, guidance and advice to customers.
• Produce accurate service reports and maintain documentation.
• Build strong customer relationships as a technical expert.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability and energy efficiency.
