The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend IQ Vision, Schneider, Tridium, Honeywell) and HVAC plant, with good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Experienced building management systems (BMS) engineer

Responsibilities

• Travel to sites within the Midlands as a mobile engineer
• Provide routine inspections of BMS equipment
• Respond to customer service call outs
• Carry out small repairs and remedial works
• Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building management systems
