Job summary
Clear. is seeking an experienced BMS Support Engineer to support our Scotland region. You will service Building Management Systems across diverse sites, with a focus on fault finding and proactive maintenance. You will travel within the region, liaising with clients to ensure reliable, efficient operation.

Qualifications
- Experience in the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry.
- Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota for emergency and out-of-hours support.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on Building Management Systems in line with customer service agreements.
- Diagnose faults and identify effective solutions to maintain system performance.
- Undertake small repairs and remedial works.
- Carry out routine inspections of BMS equipment to ensure optimal reliability and efficiency.
- Respond to service and breakdown calls when required.
- Produce clear and accurate service reports, documenting maintenance activities, repairs and customer interactions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive working relationships with clients.
