Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead large-scale building management projects across the UK and Europe. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinating engineering teams, procurement, design coordination and commissioning support while maintaining strong client relationships.

This home-based role involves European travel to hyperscale, colocation and mission-critical facilities, with a competitive package, annual bonus, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Building Management Systems or Building Automation projects.
• Experience in Data Centres, Critical Infrastructure or mission-critical environments.
• Strong commercial and project management experience.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of controls systems, HVAC automation and commissioning processes advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple BMS and Building Automation projects across UK and Europe.
• Leading project programmes, budgets and commercial performance.
• Coordinating subcontractors, engineering teams and project resources.
• Overseeing design, procurement and commissioning activities.
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensuring safe, on-schedule delivery to high quality standards.
