Job summary

Black & White Engineering seeks an experienced BMS specialist to lead the design and delivery of advanced BMS solutions across complex projects. You will influence project strategy, champion innovation, and mentor engineers while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

You will present solutions to clients, contribute to technical reviews, and drive end-to-end project delivery from concept through commissioning and O&M documentation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in BMS design and leading the complete controls design process.
• Experience delivering integrated systems including Access Control, Security, Fire, and Client IT networks.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and building services engineering principles.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practical application across project delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Take ownership as the technical authority for BMS design on major projects.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical and building services experts and direct client liaison.
