Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking an experienced BMS Package Manager to lead the Building Management System package on a brand-new hyperscale data centre project in Copenhagen. You will own the BMS delivery from installation through commissioning and client handover, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme, quality and safety objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Building Management Systems on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience as a BMS Package Manager or Senior BMS Engineer.
• Strong understanding of HVAC controls and building automation.
• Familiar with major BMS platforms (Trend, Niagara, Schneider EcoStruxure, Siemens or Honeywell).

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete BMS package from installation through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate specialist BMS subcontractors and monitor programme delivery.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Attend design, coordination and client meetings.
• Review technical documentation, drawings and commissioning plans.
• Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical and CSA teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage project risks, technical queries and change control.
• Monitor progress against programme and report package status to senior project management.
• Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed throughout delivery.
• Support commissioning activities, integrated systems testing and final handover.
