Job summary

Clear. is seeking a BMS Small Works Supervisor to lead and supervise small BMS projects in the UK. The role combines hands-on technical work with coordinating engineers and subcontractors to deliver on time and to specification.

You will oversee site surveys, progress tracking, commissioning support and customer liaison, while ensuring H&S and company standards are met. Hybrid working is available with a competitive package dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with small works, remedials or projects.
• Supervisory experience advantageous.
• Good understanding of HVAC controls.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BMS small works projects.
• Coordinate engineers and subcontractors.
• Review project requirements and technical documentation.
• Support quotations and scope development.
• Carry out site surveys.
• Monitor project progress and quality.
• Assist with commissioning and handover.
• Resolve technical issues on site.
• Liaise directly with customers.
• Identify additional works opportunities.
• Ensure H&S and company standards are maintained.
