Job summary

Cundall Johnston & Partners LLP is seeking a Senior Building Services Technician to join our team and produce and coordinate BIM models for MEP design across projects. You will work within an established team of engineers, technicians and BIM managers, developing coordinated models and drawings that align with Cundall’s templates and design standards.

You will manage models from setup to final issue, input COBie/IFC/Uniclass data as required, and perform clash detection using Navisworks to

Qualifications

• Background in Building Services with BIM and Revit experience.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Navisworks for MEP clash detection.
• Ability to produce coordinated BIM models and drawings to standards.
• Familiar with RIBA plan of works, ISO 19650.

Responsibilities

• Produce & coordinate BIM models & drawings for MEP design following templates and standards.
• Review models for clashes and provide reports to engineers to aid coordination.
• Set up, view and sheet creation of models, input COBie/IFC/Uniclass as required.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians and BIM leads to manage workload and deadlines.
• Contribute to automation developments for Revit & BIM with in-house digital team.
