Job summary

Cundall’s Building Services team in London are seeking an experienced BIM Technician to produce and coordinate BIM Models & Drawings for RIBA Stages 2-4 MEP design on local and international projects.

Join a collaborative team of engineers, technicians and BIM managers, manage models from setup to final issue, input COBie/IFC/Uniclass as required, and contribute to automation developments to enhance Cundall’s design processes.

Qualifications

• Background in Building Services with MEP experience.
• Strong BIM and Revit experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Navisworks for clash detection.
• Awareness of RIBA Plan of Work, ISO 19650 and Uniclass concepts.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate BIM models & drawings for RIBA Stages 2-4 MEP design.
• Review models, conduct clash detection, and report findings to engineers.
• Contribute to automation developments and implementation of Cundall standards.
