Job summary

Cundall is seeking an experienced BIM Technician to join our London office to produce and coordinate BIM models and drawings for MEP design across a range of local and international projects.

Working with engineers, technicians and BIM managers, you will implement Cundall's templates and standards, input COBie/IFC/Uniclass data, and contribute to automation and efficiency improvements within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM models and drawings for MEP design at RIBA Stages 2-4.
• Ability to input COBie, IFC, Uniclass data into models.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and BS 1192/BS 8623 processes.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate BIM Models & Drawings for RIBA Stages 2-4 MEP Design.
• Review and clash detect models; provide reports to engineers.
• Manage models from set up to final issue, input asset data as required.
