Job summary

Cundall is seeking a Senior Technician to join our Bristol Building Services team. You will produce and coordinate BIM models and drawings for MEP design, working with engineers and BIM Leads to ensure coordinated deliverables.

You will review models for clashes, input COBie/IFC/Uniclass data, and contribute to automation developments for Revit & BIM. An HNC in Building Services or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Background in Building Services with MEP disciplines.
• Experience with BIM in consultancy or contractor setting.
• Educated to at least HNC level in the subject.
• Experience using Revit and BIM workflows.
• Familiar with COBie, IFC, Uniclass data in models.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate BIM models and drawings.
• Review models for clashes and report to engineers.
• Input asset data per the BIM Execution Plan.
• Work to Cundall templates and standards.
• Support automation developments for Revit & BIM.
