Job summary

Cundall in Manchester is seeking a Senior Building Services Technician to produce and coordinate BIM Models and Drawings for RIBA Stages 2-4 MEP design. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure accurate, coordinated models that reflect project requirements.

Your role involves using Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud to manage models, perform clash detection, and prepare reports for engineers.

Qualifications

• Background in Building Services with BIM experience
• Experience using Revit in a similar role
• Understanding of BIM coordination and clash detection
• Familiarity with COBie, IFC, Uniclass and ISO 19650

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate BIM Models and Drawings for RIBA Stages 2-4 MEP design
• Coordinate models with engineers and other disciplines
• Input COBie, IFC and Uniclass data into models
• Review models for clashes and generate coordination reports
• Contribute to automation initiatives for Revit & BIM
• Follow Cundall templates and design standards
• Plan workload with BIM Manager and meet deadlines
