Job summary

Clarion Housing Group seeks an experienced Project Information Manager to lead BIM information management across development and asset management projects. You will oversee BIM operations, coordinate information and 3D models, and promote data-driven workflows across the business.

You will drive governance and improvement initiatives, apply CO Bie protocols, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant asset data.

Qualifications

• Expert BIM knowledge and information management leadership.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and BIM standards ISO 19650.
• Strong data governance and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM operations and information management across projects.
• Coordinate building information, review data and 3D models.
• Support data analysis, reporting and digital workflow improvements.
• Lead governance by identifying non-compliance and escalations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across software/tools for asset data delivery (COBie).
