Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead project information management on a major infrastructure programme. The role focuses on ensuring BIM processes, information requirements, and data deliverables are managed throughout the project lifecycle, with close collaboration across stakeholders.

The position is hybrid, with 2-3 days on-site in Plymouth, and requires SC clearance and compliance with UK regulations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable BIM management experience from a project delivery environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction management and project delivery practices.
• Experience with ISO 19650, PAS 1192 and UK BIM Framework.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM processes, information requirements and data deliverables across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to establish and assure compliant information management.
• Perform model auditing, QA/QC and ensure data quality.
