Job summary

Osashi LTD in London seeks an experienced Senior BIM MEP Coordinator to lead BIM delivery across multiple building services projects, combining strong Revit expertise with project leadership.

You will manage multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection and QA, create Revit families and templates, and develop BIM standards while mentoring technicians and coordinating with engineers and consultants to meet client requirements and ISO 19650.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in MEP BIM coordination and project delivery.
• Advanced Revit skills, including the ability to create Revit families and develop templates from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of MEP modelling, multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection, including Navisworks or equivalent.
• Experience leading projects, managing teams and implementing BIM standards.
• Excellent technical, organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination and delivery across MEP projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection and QA.
• Create and maintain Revit families and company templates.
• Develop and implement BIM standards and workflows.
• Mentor BIM technicians and coordinate with engineers and project teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet client requirements and BIM standards, including ISO 19650 where applicable.
