Job summary

Architecture Social Limited in London is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support day-to-day delivery and development of BIM across the studio. You will coordinate models on live projects, maintain BIM standards and content, and help improve workflows in Revit.

You will run clashes, audits, and model quality checks using Navisworks and Solibri, deliver BIM inductions, and assist client BIM leads and consultants to resolve coordination issues.

Qualifications

• Proven BIM and Revit coordination on live architectural projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 processes.
• Experience with Forma and ACC for project setup.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to train staff on BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM delivery across live projects per ISO 19650.
• Develop and maintain Revit standards, templates, and title blocks.
• Manage project setup and model coordination through Forma and ACC.
• Carry out clash detection and model audits using Navisworks and Solibri.
• Monitor model health and produce QC reports.
• Deliver BIM inductions and ongoing technical support.
• Liaise with client BIM leads and external consultants to resolve issues.
• Support early-stage project setup and establish modelling standards for Stage 3.
