Job summary

ICE Recruit is assisting a London-based firm in recruiting a Senior BIM Coordinator to join the team in Central London. The role focuses on coordinating and managing BIM models to meet project requirements across civil and structural disciplines.

You will support project teams with technical BIM input, data management, and problem-solving, while working with consultants and contractors to ensure clear information exchange. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks or BIM 360 is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM coordination across civil and structural disciplines.
• Proven BIM coordination experience with Revit/Navisworks.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 is beneficial.

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to join their London-based team.

The successful candidate will work across civil and structural disciplines in a truly multidisciplinary environment.

The role will see you coordinate and manage BIM models, ensuring they meet project, client, and ISO 19650 requirements, while proactively identifying and resolving clashes using industry-standard coordination tools.

You will support project teams with technical BIM input, data management, and problem-solving, and work closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure clear and effective information exchange. The role suits someone with a background in civil & structural engineering, proven experience in a BIM coordination role, and strong working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar platforms.
