Job summary

LJB Recruitment Services is sourcing a BIM Lead for a major data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. You will take responsibility for BIM delivery, lead BIM Coordinators andTechnicians, and ensure BIM standards are followed on site.

The role is site-based with a rotational pattern, offering a salary of £85,000–£95,000 plus accommodation, rotation and £160 tax-free living allowance per week. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Lead and manage a BIM team across a major project.
• Experience with BIM procedures, standards and execution planning.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for BIM delivery across the project.
• Lead a team of BIM Coordinators and BIM Technicians.
• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Produce and review drawings, specifications and schedules per BIM Execution Plan.
