Job summary

WiiGroup in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM activities and drive digital delivery across the project lifecycle. You will coordinate design and construction models with senior leaders, subs, and clients on a data‑centre/pharma‑style mission critical project, ensuring BIM standards are rigorously applied on site.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in BIM, strong Autodesk software expertise, and proven experience delivering large-scale projects with robust information

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in BIM Management, BIM Coordination, Digital Construction, or a related role.
• Experience on live site data centre, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical projects is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage BEPs, model coordination, clash detection and information exchange.
• Strong BIM standards knowledge and digital delivery processes.
• Ability to lead BIM meetings with contractors, consultants and client representatives.
• English fluency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM activities across the project lifecycle in line with client requirements.
• Develop and maintain BEPs, BIM standards, and digital delivery procedures.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Manage clash detection and resolution of coordination issues.
• Oversee CDE platforms such as ACC and BIM 360.
• Produce BIM reports, model audits, and progress updates for leadership.
