Job summary

Blyth-based BIM Lead role on a major data centre project requires seasoned BIM delivery oversight. You will lead a team of BIM Coordinators and Technicians, ensure adherence to BIM standards, and coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors and client representatives.

The position offers long-term work, rotation, and a competitive salary including accommodation and a weekly tax-free allowance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience leading BIM teams (Lead/Manager).
• Excellent Revit experience with an MEP bias.
• Strong Navisworks experience.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for BIM delivery across the project.
• Lead and manage a team of BIM Coordinators and Technicians.
• Ensure BIM procedures and standards are implemented.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical models.
• Produce and review drawings, specifications and schedules per BIM Execution Plan.
• Provide technical support to junior BIM staff and site team.
• Monitor BIM deliverables and project requirements.
• Assist with BIM processes and technologies development.
