Job summary

WiiGroup is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the project's BIM activities from Newcastle upon Tyne, ensuring delivery of digital construction workflows and standards across the lifecycle. You will work with design consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives to implement and maintain BIM requirements on a mission-critical project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in BIM Management or related roles within construction/digital delivery.
• Experience on large-scale projects such as data centres, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, BEPs, information management, and digital delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM activities across the project lifecycle in line with project requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain BEPs, BIM standards, and digital delivery procedures.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Manage clash detection processes using Navisworks and drive issue resolution.
• Oversee model quality assurance and information delivery to milestones.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with contractors and clients.
• Manage CDE platforms including ACC and BIM 360.
• Support sequencing, logistics planning, and digital workflows on site.
• Produce BIM reports and project progress updates for leadership.
