Job summary

Streamline Search is seeking an experienced BIM Designer for a Waltham Abbey-based role in hard metal roofing and cladding. You will model designs, manage project portfolios from initial drawings through to installation, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the field, strong Revit or AutoCAD skills, and awareness of Part B/NHBC requirements. Office hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with a salary up to £60,000 depending on

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hard metal roofing or flat roofing and cladding design.
• Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Part B and NHBC conditions.

Responsibilities

• Produce construction drawings and designs to high-quality standards.
• Manage design proposals to meet client expectations and budgets.
• Coordinate and lead design data, bid deliverables, and documentation.
• Stay updated with building legislation and codes of practice.
• Lead design team meetings and provide technical support through design and construction.
