Job summary

Streamline Search Ltd is looking for an experienced BIM Designer in Waltham Abbey to manage the entire design process from initial drawings to final installation. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills as you will oversee multiple projects and ensure client satisfaction throughout.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years' experience in Hard Metal Roofing and Cladding, with high-level competencies in Revit or AutoCAD. The position offers a salary of up to £60,000, along with 20 days holiday and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Hard Metal Roofing and/or Flat Roofing and Cladding Design preferred.
• High-level competency with Revit or AutoCAD.
• Full driving licence and ability to reliably commute.
• Proven track record of high-quality design information.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all construction drawings and designs are produced on time to a high-quality standard.
• Manage the development and implementation of design proposals.
• Maintain thorough documentation of designs complying with ISO9001.
• Coordinate submissions for building control compliance.
