Job summary

Upfront Recruitment is seeking a BIM (Revit) Designer to produce coordinated construction drawings for hard metals, flat roofing and cladding projects across the UK. You will work closely with architects, engineers and suppliers to ensure accurate, compliant designs and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in hard metal roofing, flat roofing or cladding design.
• Proficient in Revit within a BIM environment.
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations NHBC and current construction standards.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills for multi-project management.
• A construction/design qualification and full UK driving licence are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed Revit models and construction drawings for roofing and cladding projects.
• Coordinate information from architects, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve clashes.
• Ensure designs are compliant and delivered on programme.
• Attend design meetings and support technical teams across the business.
• Review product information and monitor regulatory compliance to maintain quality.
