Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced BIM Designer to join its technical team in the roofing, cladding and facades sector. Based near Waltham Abbey, you will produce coordinated BIM models and construction details for high-value projects across the UK.

You will work with architects, engineers and subcontractors, ensuring design buildability, compliance with UK Building Regulations and accurate documentation throughout the delivery process. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, cladding, façade or building envelope design.
• Strong Revit and BIM capability.
• Understanding of construction detailing and buildability.
• Ability to coordinate multiple design packages.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

The Role
