Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to drive end-to-end tender activity for PfP Students and lead submissions that differentiate our offering. You will manage multiple bids, liaise with the Head of Business Development, and ensure client requirements and branding standards are met.

You will identify opportunities through portals and market intelligence, review bid performance, mentor temporary bid writers, and shape future bidding strategy with strong stakeholder engagement across

Qualifications

• Proven bid management experience in a competitive tendering environment.
• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement processes and portals.
• Experience managing multiple bids simultaneously with stakeholder influence.
• Experience within property/student accommodation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender and bid processes for PfP Students.
• Coordinate submissions to meet client requirements and branding guidelines.
• Lead bid reviews, debriefs and monitor bid performance.
• Maintain a proactive tender pipeline and support continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership to temporary bid writers during peak activity.
