Qualifications

• Experience creating and submitting bid proposals in the construction/housing sector.
• Strong research and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and driven with a positive outlook to work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bid process from planning to completion with internal staff and external consultants.
• Manage PQQs/quality bids and analyse feedback for improvements.
• Track leads and manage tender portals; present opportunities to directors.
• Coordinate external freelance resources as required.
• Attend live sites to collect information for bids and case studies.
• Oversee branding/corporate identity to present a professional image across the business.
