Qualifications

• Must have proven experience creating and submitting bid proposals to clients in construction/housing.
• Strong rapport building, communication and research skills.
• Self-motivated, driven with a positive outlook to work.

Responsibilities

• Lead PQQs and quality bids for new projects; analyse feedback and implement improvements.
• Coordinate the bid process from planning through to completion with internal staff and external consultants.
• Track leads, manage tender portals and present opportunities to directors.
• Assess tenders to identify customer requirements and ensure bid compliance.
• Attend networking events to promote the business; coordinate external freelance resources as required.
• Contribute to branding, marketing strategy and post-submission interviews.
