Qualifications

• Experience creating and submitting bid proposals in the construction/housing sector.
• Strong rapport building and research skills; ability to translate findings into bids.

Responsibilities

• Lead PQQs and quality bids for new projects, ensuring compliance.
• Manage the bid process from planning through submission with internal teams and external consultants.
• Track leads, manage tender portals and present opportunities to directors.
• Coordinate bid libraries and post-submission content for interviews or case studies.
• Support marketing/business development by contributing to content and campaigns.
