Places for People is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead end-to-end tender and bid submissions for PfP Students. You will manage multiple bids, leverage sector insights, and ensure submissions meet client requirements and branding guidelines.

You'll lead bid reviews, maintain a robust pipeline, and guide colleagues during peak periods. A national role requires attendance at client sites as needed, with a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating at Bid Manager level within competitive tendering.
• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement processes and local portals.
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple bids and tender opportunities.
• Experience building stakeholder relationships across a large organisation, including influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience in Property/Student Accommodation is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender and bid process for PfP Students.
• Identify opportunities through procurement portals and market insight.
• Lead bid reviews/debriefs and monitor bid performance.
• Maintain tender pipeline and shape future bidding strategies.
