Places for People is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead end-to-end tender processes for PfP Students, driving growth and ensuring high-quality submissions. You will coordinate with the Head of Business Development and senior stakeholders, managing multiple bids and guiding bid writers throughout peak periods.

You will attend client-site meetings as required on a national basis, with safeguarding and inclusion commitments integrated into the recruitment process.

Formación

• Proven experience operating at Bid Manager level within a competitive tendering environment.
• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement processes and local government procurement portals.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders across a large organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end tender and bid processes for PfP Students to drive growth.
• Manage multiple bids concurrently and monitor bid performance and pipeline.
• Develop high-quality submissions that meet client requirements and branding guidelines.
• Provide leadership to temporary bid writers during peak periods and run bid reviews/debriefs.
