Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning profitable bids and leading bid teams.

• Degree-level education preferred; UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end bid process from planning to submission.
• Develop bid strategies and write plans for tenders.
• Coordinate with project teams to reflect capabilities in proposals.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to bid team members.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, timely, and competitive.
