Newmark, based in London, seeks a senior bid leader to coordinate and deliver high-quality responses to pitches, presentations and proposals, driving the full bid lifecycle from start to finish and coaching senior stakeholders to ensure winning outcomes.

This role requires coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, governance, and content development, with on-time submissions and occasional travel to national offices as needed.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end bid process: qualification, strategy, approach, win themes, content planning, drafting and final submission
• Oversee tender portals: registrations, credentials, opportunity distribution, Q&A handling
• Establish bid governance: plans, kick-offs, reviews, approvals
• Coordinate multidisciplinary contributors to develop persuasive, accurate proposals
• Build and maintain a high-quality bid content library and drive continuous improvement
• Coach senior colleagues to elevate messaging and differentiation across submissions
• Work to deadlines with occasional travel to national offices as required
