• Experience securing major contracts and frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Bid & Submissions team.
• Own the work-winning strategy and bid governance.
• Manage PQQs, SQs, ITTs, framework submissions and tenders.
• Coordinate input from commercial, operations and technical teams.
• Ensure submissions are compliant, compelling and commercially robust.
• Monitor win rates and bid performance; report to senior leadership.
• Lead client presentations, interviews and workshops as needed.
