Job summary

proAV in Egham is seeking an experienced Senior Bid Team Lead to own the day-to-day running of the Bid team, coordinate bid requests, and act as the senior point of contact for HR queries and escalations. The role involves managing tenders, PQQs, and handovers, and providing support to the wider sales team.

The successful candidate will lead bid documentation, ensure deadlines are met, and drive service improvements within an established operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid management and leading teams.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming bid requests and assign work to the Bid team.
• Review and manage bid/tender documentation and PQQs to ensure quality and deadlines.
• Escalate issues as the senior point of contact for the business within the Bid team capacity.
• Support wider sales teams with bid/tender preparation and handovers.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance for the sales process and maintain training for the team.
