Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Senior BI Developer to lead the BI development arm of the Performance and Business Reporting team. You will drive data visualisation and reporting improvements across the Digital Services Directorate.

You will lead requirements analysis, design data solutions and build dashboards using Power BI and DAX, collaborating with technical and non-technical colleagues to turn data into actionable insight.

Qualifications

• Significant experience developing Power BI solutions with DAX.
• Strong stakeholder engagement to gather requirements and tailor dashboards.
• Proficient in reading SQL and understanding ETL in multi-source data solutions.
• Knowledge of data warehousing principles and data lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key business partner to understand data challenges and needs.
• Lead the design and build of Power BI dashboards and reports.
