Senior BI Developer — Hybrid, Client-Facing AI

Holland Mountain in London is seeking a hands-on BI Developer to join our ATLAS team on a fixed-term contract. You’ll design and deliver BI and data solutions, working directly with clients to translate evolving requirements into high-quality technical outcomes.

The role requires strong SQL Server development, SSAS (multidimensional and tabular) and DAX skills, plus familiarity with Azure data services and modern data platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Strong SQL Server development skills including T‑SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Experience developing and maintaining SSAS multidimensional and Tabular models.
• Strong working knowledge of DAX and BI/data warehousing methodologies.
• Experience in a consultancy or client-services delivery environment is advantageous.
• Track record of delivering across multiple concurrent projects or clients.
• Familiarity with Azure data services and modern data platform components.
• Experience with Data Vault and Kimball modelling approaches.
• Programming or scripting experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design, build and enhance BI and data solutions for clients.
• Develop and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures and data models.
• Design, build and maintain Tabular semantic models in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including DAX calculations, incremental refresh and deployment automation.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Manage delivery across multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Investigate data and technical problems and identify practical solutions.
• Validate and test data to ensure accuracy, reliability and quality.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers and stakeholders throughout delivery.
