Job summary

Holland Mountain is seeking an experienced BI Developer to join the ATLAS team in London. You will design, build and optimize BI and data solutions for client challenges, collaborating with stakeholders and delivering across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with SQL Server, SSAS, and Power BI/Microsoft Fabric, applying DAX, data modelling, and deployment automation. The role emphasizes AI-assisted development and hands-on client interaction in a hybrid London setting.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL Server development skills, including T-SQL queries and stored procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance BI and data solutions for our clients
• Develop and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures and data models
• Design, build and maintain Tabular semantic models in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including DAX calculations, incremental refresh and deployment automation
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Manage delivery across multiple projects and changing priorities
• Investigate data and technical problems and identify practical solutions; validate and test data for accuracy
• Collaborate with consultants, developers and other stakeholders throughout delivery
