Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager - Data Insights to lead our data analytics, governance and AI initiatives, shaping strategic decisions with senior leaders.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team of Analysts, Data Scientists, ML Engineers and Data Governance professionals to deliver actionable insights, KPI frameworks and robust governance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
• Significant experience within a senior Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Insight or Performance function.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams including Analysts, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers and Data Governance professionals.
• Experience developing and delivering data, analytics or insight strategies aligned to organisational objectives.
• Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, operational performance management and business reporting.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive audiences.
• Experience leading data governance, data quality and organisational improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary analytics teams to deliver strategic insights.
• Develop KPI frameworks and drive performance reviews.
• Partner with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, IT and Product.
• Establish data governance, ownership and quality standards.
• Identify AI opportunities and shape the roadmap.
• Provide robust reporting and analytics using modern tools.
