Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Senior Data Insights and Governance Manager to lead the Data, Insights & Analytics function, shaping evidence-based decision-making across the organisation. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, drive strategic analytics, and champion data governance and AI initiatives to create measurable business value.

Based in the UK, you will collaborate with senior leaders and operations to develop insight strategies, establish governance, and deliver robust analytics

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
• Significant experience within a senior Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Insight or Performance function.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams including Analysts, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers and Data Governance professionals.
• Experience developing and delivering data, analytics or insight strategies aligned to organisational objectives.
• Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, operational performance management and business reporting.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive audiences.
• Experience leading data governance, data quality and organisational improvement initiatives.

• Technical Leadership & Analytics: oversee reporting, analytics and data science activities using modern tools.
