Job summary

Reed Technology is seeking a Head of Information Management in Leeds to lead the BI and reporting function within a healthcare-focused organisation. You will shape the BI strategy, deliver robust reporting, forecasting, and data management, and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in BI, MI, or data analytics
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL, database design and DW concepts
• Experience with Azure data environments and Python is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an annual BI workplan
• Oversee governance and QA of management information and performance reporting
• Lead design and enhancement of dashboards and analytics tools
• Manage relationships with software providers and bespoke reporting
• Drive innovation in reporting methodologies and BI platforms
• Coordinate ad hoc data requests and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain data storage, archiving, and change control
• Produce forecasting models and BI insights for planning
• Contribute to business cases and tender submissions
• Represent the organisation in meetings as required
