Job summary

Harnham - Data and Analytics Recruitment partners with a leading UK organisation to hire a Senior Data Insight & Governance Manager. This high-visibility leadership role sits as the number two within the wider BI function, advising Directors, Executives and Board audiences.

You will guide teams spanning Insight, Data Science, Governance and Labour Market Intelligence while shaping the analytics strategy. You will lead and influence data governance, AI and advanced analytics initiatives, and

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within Analytics, Data, BI, Insights, or Performance functions.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including analysts, data scientists, and machine learning professionals.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience developing analytics or insight strategies linked to business objectives.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, Performance Reporting, KPI Frameworks, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning concepts.
• Experience working with environments such as Power BI, Snowflake, SQL-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary data and analytics teams.
• Drive insight strategy across the organisation.
• Develop data governance and quality frameworks.
• Oversee AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics initiatives.
