Job summary

EY UK is seeking a UK Benefits Manager to shape and deliver our employee benefits and financial wellbeing strategy across Reward, Pensions, Wellbeing and Talent. You will work with stakeholders to ensure the benefits portfolio creates value and supports our business objectives.

This role blends strategic thinking with programme leadership, data insights and market benchmarking to continuously improve the employee experience. Hybrid working with UK-wide reach and occasional travel to London.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within employee benefits, rewards or related areas.
• Experience developing, influencing or delivering benefits strategy within a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of UK employee benefits and broader reward principles.
• Knowledge of financial wellbeing programmes and employee financial health initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver EY's benefits and financial wellbeing strategy across Reward, Pensions, Wellbeing and Talent.
• Build business cases and recommendations balancing employee experience with commercial value.
• Lead market reviews, benchmarking and governance across the benefits portfolio.
• Oversee procurement, contract review and vendor management ensuring value and performance.
• Foster strong stakeholder partnerships across Finance, Legal, Risk and People teams.
