You will work with senior project leads and multidisciplinary teams, turning insight into practical approaches, while building sustainable capability and enabling colleagues to apply behavioural science in their own work.

Qualificações

• Experience as a behavioural science or applied psychology professional.
• Skilled at turning behavioural evidence into practical improvements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the practical application of behavioural science across the Council.
• Collaborate with senior project leads and multidisciplinary teams to translate insight into services, policies and outcomes.
