Golin Ketchum London is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Consumer team and play a key role on one of our largest beauty accounts. You will work across high-profile campaigns, events, UGC, content shoots and social activations, helping to bring creative ideas to life and deliver outstanding work for our client.

Qualifications

• Experience in a PR, social or integrated communications agency.
• Beauty, lifestyle or consumer brand experience is highly desirable.
• Passion for beauty, social media and influencer culture.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and willing to roll up your sleeves.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative team player with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of a major beauty account.
• Manage client requests and ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.
• Participate actively in client meetings and status calls.
• Support planning and delivery of events, launches, brand experiences and activations.
• Assist with content shoots, including logistics, talent coordination and on-the-day support.
• Monitor social and cultural trends and identify opportunities for the brand.
• Build strong relationships with partners and suppliers.
• Manage project timelines and help keep multiple workstreams on track.
• Support budget management, supplier setup, purchase orders and invoice tracking.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, activations and creative opportunities.
• Support new business opportunities and agency initiatives where required.
