Job summary

CGC London is seeking a dynamic Account Director with strong team and client leadership skills, able to demonstrate valuable communications experience with beauty, wellness and lifestyle brands. Hybrid working with 4 days in our King's Road Office.

You will lead a portfolio of brands, shaping strategy across press, digital and events, while mentoring junior staff and driving measurable coverage and ROI for UK & Ireland markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in luxury public relations.
• Proven track record with beauty wellness and lifestyle brands.
• Experience implementing ROI driven social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead own client portfolio (5/6 brands) reporting to Associate Director.
• Lead execution of client communications strategy across press, digital and social channels.
• Oversee influencer and social community management for each client.
• Ensure strong, collaborative relationships with all clients and teams.
• Plan and execute UK launch events in line with CGC vision and guidelines.
• Lead development and briefing of creative content with external partners.
